A little bit about *Primitives by Tracie* ~ About 12 years ago, my husband and I started to make small wooden items, kind of as experimental, and those who seen the things he was able to do, would ask if he could make some for them or could they buy different things. So we continued to grow and experiment and started to make more of a variety for gift giving and finally we ventured into setting up a small stand at a craft fair, it was such an overwhelming experience for us, we continued to make and add to our collection and continued to look into more craft fairs, and as time went on we were doing several shows a year, and realizing that we were enjoying what we were doing, people were liking it and buying it, and here we are 12 years later, still making wood crafts combined with a fine selection of other colonial primitives.

We continue to do several larger shows now, and I have expanded into a small business which we now call *Primitives by Tracie* I finally decided to listen to several family and friends advice and venture on with the idea of having a web page designed and expanding our business across the web. Thanks to the help of several friends and family, with many helpful hints, ideas and their support, my husband, Chris, who makes and paints all of our wooden items (along with our children who help from time to time), and Moon & Stars Web Designs who was able to guide me along and make this web page possible, here we are…
